1) Can you ship this and how much it is going to cost?

It is possible to ship virtually anything practically anywhere. So here is the response to both questions. In order to determine the possibility of shipping a certain cargo you should contact one of our offices (in whatever way is convenient for you) and give us the dimensions (HxWxL) and the weight of the cargo. If you have a 2-dimensional drawing of the cargo it will make determining the possibility of and the calculation of the cost of shipment a lot easier. If you need to transport several cargoes. You can give us the complete list in any form or order but make sure that you specify the dimensions and weight of each line item. You will get our confirmation of the possibility of shipment (for complex cargoes) and the commercial proposal within the next 24 hours.

2) What transports do you use for shipment?

We employ a rather diversified fleet of different tow-trucks, rail cars, transports, cranes, and vessels. It al depends on the project. For more information on the LOGIS transport fleet visit the "Transport Fleet" section of this website.

3) What is the approximate time of shipment?

This is one of the most critical questions for both the sender and the consignee, since in the majority of the cases the delivery times are in strict line with the terms of construction, installation or systemization. Our commercial proposal will always include a definite delivery time for which we take the liability. Our clients can track down the delivery schedule by using the TACASYS online cargo tracking system or through daily email or fax communications from us.

4) Which regions do you deliver to?

Quite often new production facilities or mineral fields would be found in the areas that do not have a properly developed transport infrastructure. Having a long experience in shipping cargoes to difficult-to-access regions (Russia's Far North, Turkmenistan deserts, Kazakh steppes) we have no trouble in completing such shipments, and would often just get more interested in the project. Whenever was needed we built motor roads, laid down access railway tracks, and deepened the fairways. Nonetheless sometimes regions with well-developed transport infrastructure may pose an even greater difficulty - this especially concerns outsized and heavyweight cargoes. In these cases we had to cut off the power lines, lift roadways, and uninstall artificial installations. This makes the geography of our operations virtually unlimited.
